Yoga is the union of body, mind, and spirit. It is not a religion, but a way of life. I teach Anusara/Iyengar inspired yoga which is based on body alignment using props to help. You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga. You get flexible through yoga. This yoga comes from the heart.
You need a mat, (2) 4″ blocks, blanket, 8-10ft strap, and 2 washcloths. I have some props to use. Please bring water and do not drink coffee or eat for 1hr before class.
