The rent is $1,995 per month for a six (6) month rental; $2,050 per month for a five (5) month rental, and $2,095 per month for a four (4) month rental.

Cost for electricity, weekly trash pick-up, and water included.

The extra-large carport has a recently painted floor along with rug strips for your vehicle.

The shed has a full-size washer and dryer, several storage cabinets with adjustable shelves, and room for your golf clubs.
