One of my best friends lives in this community. We visited for a birthday party. The first thing that struck me was how quiet and peaceful it was(except a few of us 😁😅).Oh. My. Goodness!! This place is beautiful! Well maintained, gorgeous landscaping, TWO pools - only saw 1, but it's big with plenty of sunbathing chairs, and there is a nice sized hot tub, as well❤️They had several card games going on. There's a ballroom, craft room(s) - even a place to polish stones and make jewelry!!I don't usually rate 55+ communities, but I had to comment on this place, for sure! I was very impressed.I'm surely not going to remember all the myriad amenities!Every single person I met was very pleasant - it seems like the residents are happy.Oh, and the beautifully carved wooden doors were something else that caught my eye. It was yet another piece that made me think the community owners/managers provide quality amenities... and all for a value, as my friend said, the HOA fees are very reasonable.

Best 55+ place in the valley. Own your lot. Low HOA fees. Top notch amenities. Very friendly, down to earth residents. Perfect location. Gorgeous Superstition Mountain views.

My parents call Golden Vista "senior summer camp" and I can see why they love it there! Friendly people, beautiful amenities, every kind of club or hobby group you could want, and you own your little piece of land! I'm not too far from 55 myself and hope some day it can be my winter destination, too!

Probably the best value in the valley. This is one of the few parks where you can buy your lot. Some of the owners also rent out there lots so there are usually a few rental lots available. There are always park models for rent by individual owners too.The park itself is great. It is clean and well maintained. There is almost any activity available that one could ask for. Two pools, a large hot tub, a fitness center, a lapidary shop, a wood shop, a ceramics shop, tennis courts, pickle ball, batting cage, horseshoe pits, and shuffleboard.My parents came in as renters and bought property the first year. They came every winter for almost 30 years after. I visited them frequently over that 30 years and rented a lot for my fifth wheel for 4 years. I now own a park model and plan on keeping it for the rest of my life too.Come and see us. You'll love it.
