Please join us for a spectacular evening showcasing different styles of Ballroom Dance. Ballroom dance is taking our nation by storm and re-igniting a passion for this electrifying style of dance. Thrilling audiences worldwide through this unique form of dance is the Utah Ballroom Dance Company. This company which features some of nation’s top ballroom dance athletes who have performed nationally and internationally receiving numerous accolades and awards such as the coveted U.S. National Formation Championships.
The evening starts with a Dancing with your Stars locals competition. What do you get when you take six local stars, pair them with six professional ballroom dancers, and give them one week to practice? A Dancing with your Stars – Golden Vista style.
Don’t miss the opportunity to watch our residents and their partner compete for 1st place, receive commentary from local judges, and dance their hearts out in full costume!
The winner is selected by a combination of judge and audience votes. Play your part and come out to support your favorite. We encourage you to book your tickets soon as we expect to sell out!
The second half of the evening showcases an array of professional dance combos with over a dozen Ballroom Dancers including dance in both latin and traditional styles of ballroom dance. Audiences are treated to breath-taking lifts, hundreds of beautiful costumes, captivating theatrical story lines and a variety of classical and exotic ballroom dances that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Cary Long is a fresh new face on the comedy scene. He got his start on the hit television show “Star Search” with Ed McMahon, and has since been seen on “Evening at the Improv”, VH-1 Stand-up spotlight with Rosie O’Donnell, as well as two recent appearances on the “Tonight Show” with Jay Leno. His act is full of everyday situations that everyone can relate to. He combines accents, cultures, and nationalities, into a rib-tickling performance that will have audiences laughing at themselves.
Cary’s comedy is observational and he gets a lot of his routine from people he sees that day. His take on relationships between men and women will have couples pointing at each other saying “I told you so!” In short, he is clean, funny, and a must to go see!

Victor Trevino, Jr. is a world-renowned Elvis tribute artist. Join him as he celebrates Elvis’ musical talent and performing prowess. This show features some of the King’s most popular songs performed with the King’s gusto. Victor starred in the Ultimate Elvis Tour and was the First Prize Winner of Graceland’s 2022 Ultimate Elvis Competition and has been deemed the #1 Elvis Tribute Artist in the world. He has opened for rock legends such as Foreigner, Boys II Men, and has starred in LEGENDS IN CONCERT at the Las Vegas Flamingo Hotel. You don’t want to miss this performance!

- MASA Sat. Dec. 14, 2024
MASA offers medical transportation by ground ambulance, helicopter, as well as offering vehicle and pet transport. Join them in the Navajo Room for a FREE buffet style lunch on Saturday, Dec. 14, at 11am. You must sign up 14 hours in advance. Signup sheet is available in the Activities Office.
